The Mondia brand was born in 1935 in Switzerland, in Le Locle, by the watchmaker technician Paul Vermot. The growing appreciation of the brand allows a rapid development of modeling and the consolidation of success is signed in the 70s, when Mondia enters the orbit of the Zenith Group, of which it becomes a reference brand for what would now be classified as "accessible luxury"
